As Emirgan Sütiş, we support sports and athletes under all conditions. We support Turkish athletes by becoming the main sponsor of Istanbul University Veterinary College Girls Volleyball Team and supporting wrestler Muhammed Demir who has taken second place under category of U-14 with Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality team in 2004 and third place in youth world championship.
As Emirgan Sütiş, we support manufacturers who make completely organic farming without using any chemicals on fertile lands of Anatolia. We make bulk purchases from the organic farmers in certain periods of the year. This way, we offer natural tastes to our guests and support organic farming. Our guests can purchase these products from the stand we have opened in Çengelköy Abdullah Ağa Waterfront Residence.
Noah’s pudding is considered a sacred food in all Abrahamic religions. There was a Noah’s pudding tradition in the Ottoman era. According to this tradition, Muslim community handed out Noah’s pudding in churches on important days and ceremonies of the Christian community. Christian community also handed out Noah’s pudding on holidays and kandils (blessed days) of the Muslims, too.
After the negotiations we made with various religious representatives, we decided to reintroduce this tradition.
Introducing this tradition with collaboration of Church of Saint Demetrius and Emirgan Mosque, we try to continue this tradition in many other houses of prayer.
As a result of the project we carried out with 6-Dot Foundation for the Blind which is active since 1950, we share birthday joys of the members of the Istanbul branch of the foundation and try to make these happy days more memorable and meaningful for them with small surprises. In addition, we have prepared Braille menus for our visually impaired guests for the first time in our country.
